Fixum Repair Service Terms and Conditions:

All work carried out by Fixum Repair Service technicians is guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects. Our exchange or refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in similar packaging to what you received.

When selling a used device, we offer a 90-day warranty against defects only. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by the 90-day warranty. Only defects that are not caused by the user are covered under our warranty policy. Any breakage caused by improper use of the phone is not guaranteed.

In accordance with the Civil Code of Quebec, article 944, Fixum Repair Service is entitled to dispose of a device left for repair, unclaimed within 90 days of the end of the work, after having given notice of the same duration to the person who entrusted the device.
